Use of Products

All products and information available on Chems.ca are intended strictly for laboratory, scientific, educational, and in-vitro research purposes only.

• No human use is permitted at any time.
• No veterinary (animal) use is permitted at any time.
• We are not responsible for how products are handled or used after purchase.

By purchasing from Chems.ca, you acknowledge that:

• You understand the risks associated with research chemicals.
• You have the knowledge and training to handle them safely.
• You will follow appropriate safety protocols in your environment.
• You will not use the products in any prohibited, harmful, or unsafe manner.

Legal Responsibility

It is the customer's sole responsibility to know and comply with the laws governing the possession, importation, and use of the products in their jurisdiction.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

• You have verified the legal status of each compound in your region.
• You are importing them under proper safety conditions.
• You understand that Chems.ca cannot advise on laws outside Canada.

Research chemicals sold by Chems.ca are not scheduled or controlled in Canada, but may be regulated elsewhere.

Age Requirement

You must be 19 years of age or older to access or use Chems.ca, regardless of where you live.

By entering our website, you confirm that the information you provide (including date of birth) is accurate and truthful. Any customer found providing false information will be refunded if applicable and permanently banned.

Privacy Policy

Chems.ca does not sell, trade, or share personal information with any third party. Your information will only be disclosed if legally required through a valid warrant or court order.

Payment Options

Interac e-Transfer

Available to Canadian customers with a participating financial institution.

Cryptocurrency

We accept the following cryptocurrencies:

• BTC (Bitcoin)
• ETH (Ethereum)
• LTC (Litecoin)
• SOL (Solana)

A wallet address is provided during checkout. Cryptocurrency can be purchased through exchanges such as Coinbase or Binance. Because crypto values and network fees can fluctuate, we recommend sending 5% more than the order total to avoid accidental underpayment.

Credit Card

Available for customers who cannot use Interac or cryptocurrency. A 15% processing fee applies. A secure payment link is emailed after checkout with instructions to complete your payment.

Refund and Reship Policy

Because research chemicals cannot be returned or resold, all shipped orders are final. That said, we always aim to support our customers and handle issues with fairness whenever something unexpected happens.

Untracked Shipping (Highly Reliable and Recommended)

Untracked letter mail is our most discreet and most reliable shipping method.

• 99.9% of untracked packages arrive without any issues.
• There have been no customs seizures when using this method.
• When issues occur, they are almost always related to address information, such as an incorrect name, missing unit number, or the recipient not being registered at the address.

If something unusual happens with your untracked order, just contact us and we will look into it with you.

When an untracked package cannot be delivered due to a normal postal issue, it is usually automatically routed back to us. If that occurs:

• We will notify you as soon as we receive the returned package.
• We will verify your address and recipient details.
• We will prepare a free reship once the information has been corrected and confirmed.

This method is extremely safe, discreet, and dependable, and it is the option we generally recommend.

Tracked Shipping (Canada Only and Fully Insured)

Tracked shipping, including Xpresspost, is available within Canada only and is fully insured. If a tracked shipment experiences any issue, we will provide a full resolution.

We do not offer tracked shipping outside Canada because international tracked mail becomes registered, which increases scrutiny and the chance of delays. For international destinations, untracked shipping is both more discreet and more reliable.

When We Cannot Help

We are unable to resolve delivery issues if an order is sent to an address where the customer is not registered to receive mail.

Postal systems will not reliably deliver letters or small parcels to a name that is not officially recognized at an address. In these cases:

• Items may be misdelivered or returned.
• No postal investigation can be opened.
• Insurance claims, even on tracked shipments, may not be accepted.
• The package may not return to sender, depending on local handling.

For us to assist with any delivery issue, we must be able to confirm that the customer is a registered mail recipient at the delivery address used on the order.

Shipping Policy

Processing Schedule

Chems.ca ships orders Monday through Thursday only.

• Orders paid before 8:00 AM EST (Mon to Thu) ship the same day.
• Orders paid after 8:00 AM EST ship the next shipping day.
• No shipping takes place on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. Orders placed during this time will ship on Monday, or the next business day if Monday is a holiday.

Delivery Estimates

Canada

• Untracked letter mail: 4-12 business days.
• Xpresspost (tracked and fully insured): faster delivery with full insurance coverage.

United States

• Untracked only: approximately 1-3 weeks.

All other countries

• Untracked only: approximately 2-6 weeks.

Tracked shipping is currently available within Canada only.

Fully Insured Delivery

Choosing Xpresspost tracked shipping within Canada provides full insurance and delivery protection. If the shipment encounters any issue, we will provide a solution in line with our insured shipping policies.

Untracked shipping remains the most discreet and successful method overall, and in the rare cases where issues occur, we always review the situation with the customer and explore fair options.
