All orders are mailed out via standard letter mail so there is no tracking. Rest assured, shipping is very fast and reliable.
Standard Letter Mail or “Snail Mail” is the oldest and most popular method of sending mail. It’s the exact same way that Letters get mailed. Essentially we put your order in a standard envelope and we attach a postage stamp to the top corner of the envelope.
Unfortunately tracked or expedited Shipments have a much higher probability of getting seized by customs as they go through a much stricter verification when traveling through the border.
We only ship to the States via Standard Letter Mail, this method although a little slower, has been extremely successful. Standard letter mail (postage stamps) is not nearly as scrutinized and we have not had a single confirmed order confiscation to date.
We do not currently offer tracked shipping for Canada at this moment due to the increased time required to fulfil order. We are however looking into it and will likely offer it soon.

We have not had a single confirmed package get confiscated since we’ve been in business. If it gets seized and you have proof, we will refund or reship your order.
No, for larger orders, we divide your purchase into multiple packages and mail them out separately. This method has been 100% successful and we can confidently say that there is absolutely ZERO increased risk in placing a bulk order.
To be clear you are NOT required to make an account with CoinPayments. They will simply provide you with the wallet address to send your payment to.
No, everything we offer is on our website in the catalog.
It’s not uncommon for us to see orders take that long. Mail delays are prevalent at many of the Canada Post processing facilities. Unfortunately these delays happen especially during these times.
